• Athabascan Old-Time Fiddlers Association
The Athabascan Old-Time Fiddlers Festival is produced each November. It features Athabascan and Eskimo musicians from Interior Alaska communities and the Yukon Territory, Canada. For more information call 474-5503.

• Fairbanks Native Association
Since 1990, the Fairbanks Native Association’s Johnson O’Malley Potlatch Dancers, a youth group performing authentic Native songs and dances, has served as ambassadors of the Native culture with their songs and dances providing a window into Native history and values. • Festival of Native Arts
The Festival of Native Arts has grown to be one of the major performances of Native dance in Alaska. Native performance groups from all parts of Alaska appear at the Festival, as do groups from Siberia and the Yukon Territory, Canada. The Festival also features Native arts and crafts. • Fairbanks Concert Association
The Fairbanks Concert Association, presently in its 60th season, presents eclectic professional performing arts series of the finest quality. Deeply committed to diversity, it addresses a wide variety of interests and rich cultural backgrounds in Fairbanks. FCA is keeping interior Alaska connected with “the world of performance.” Education is also a major part of their mission and FCA is the main provider of professional performing arts programs to the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District’s schools. • Dance Theatre Fairbanks
Established in December of 2001, DTF continues the legacy and foundation of Pat Sims’ dance instruction and positive influence through the art of dance in the lives of our children, peers and community. They actively encourage awareness and appreciation for cultural similarities and differences through their instructors, ethnic workshops and exchanges. The University of Alaska Theatre Department offers a comprehensive program teaching basic and advanced courses in theatre arts, technology and appreciation. • Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival
This is a nationally recognized arts festival that brings more than 700 students and instructors into Fairbanks for two weeks of workshops, rehearsals and performances with studies in music, dance, theatre, ice-skating and the visual arts. The foundation administers the North Star Ballet Company and North Star Ballet School. • Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre
Starting with a performance alongside the Chena River in 1992, the Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre has grown into a year-round producing and international touring theatre company. In 2004, FST performed for more than 10,000 people in Fairbanks, Juneau, Haines, Anchorage, Kenai, Homer and Healy (in Alaska), Atlin, BC and Haines Junction, YT (both in Canada). One of the organizations most successful events is the annual Bard-A-Thon, a round-the-clock reading of the complete works of Shakespeare. • Fairbanks Weavers and Spinners Guild
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization that fosters the appreciation of weaving, spinning, textiles and fiber arts.
